Founded by Dufferin “Duffy” Douglas, the firm brings more than a decade of experience implementing and optimizing Tyler Technologies systems, including Enterprise ERP (EERP), Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EP&L), and Tyler Cashiering. Over the course of his career, Duffy has supported more than 50 municipalities across the United States, guiding them through full-cycle implementations, business process optimization, integrations, and long-term system support.

Duffy is a seasoned Technical Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and local government operations. His strengths include SQL development, SSRS reporting, system configuration, and integration of financial workflows. Known for his collaborative style and ability to untangle complex problems, Duffy has guided projects in jurisdictions ranging from small towns to large counties—always with a focus on empowering staff and delivering sustainable solutions.
